Thierry Goldberg is pleased to present “Night & Day,” a summer group exhibition with works by Nash Glynn, Sasha Gordon, Marco Lorenzetti, John Rivas, Nadia Waheed. The show’s title refers to Nash Glynn’s painting installation “Day and Night”, 2019. The exhibition opens July 25 and will run until August 30th, 2019.
Nash Glynn (b. 1992, Miami, FL) Lives and works in New York, NY. She holds an MFA in New Genres from Columbia University, New York, NY and a BFA from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University, Boston, MA. She has recently had a solo exhibition at Participant Inc. New York, NY and exhibited in group shows at The Leslie Lohman Museum, New York, NY; Marinaro Gallery, New York NY; Distillery Gallery, Boston, NY and Raumerweiterungshalle, Berlin, Germany.
Sasha Gordon (b. 1998, Bronx, NY) Lives and works in Providence, RI. Her work was previously exhibited at Robeson Art Gallery, Peekskill, NY, Gelman Gallery, Providence, RI and Brooklyn Bridge Pier 5, Brooklyn, NY.
Marco Lorenzetti (b. 1992, Chicago, IL) Lives and works in Brooklyn, NY. He received his MFA from Pratt Institute of Arts, Brooklyn, NY and his BFA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. His work was previously exhibited at The Hole Gallery, New York, NY, Frederkssund, Denmark, and Steuben Gallery, Brooklyn, NY.
John Rivas (b. 1997, Newark, NJ) lives and works in New York, NY. He holds a BFA from the School of Visual Arts in New York, NY. His work was previously exhibited at LatchKey Gallery, New York, NY, Pfizer Building, Brooklyn, NY and Children’s Museum, New York, NY.
Nadia Waheed (b. 1992, Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia) lives and works in Austin Texas. She received her BFA in Painting and Drawing from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago in Chicago, IL. Her work was previously exhibited at Patel Gallery, Toronto, CA, BEERS, London, UK and The Museum of Human Achievement in Austin, Texas.
